Here making wine is an art more than a science; here the wine comes from the expert hands and the expert minds of men with great knowledge of their land and with great passion for the indigenous variety, Piedirosso. Raffaele Moccia was able to give a new impetus to Piedirosso, bringing back its natural characteristics of lightness and simplicity; a simplicity that in Per'e Palumm of Agnanum here rhymes with tradition, carefully, carefully.
