The Grappa Riserva "Eligo" by Tenuta dell'Ornellaia distinguished by a great elegance and personality that comes from aging 36 months in barrique. Borns in Tenuta dell'Ornellaia, in the splendid territory of Bolgheri, from the marc of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This marc, at the end of fermentation, are immediately transferred to the distillery to preserve the aromatic substances and to donate to the Grappa a higher alcohol structure. The Grappa Riserva "Eligo" by Tenuta dell'Ornellaia is distinguished by its great quality: a golden and intense yellow color resulting from the aging in barrique and offered to the nose with the typical aromas of the distillate which refines in small barrels French oak: vanilla and cinnamon, accompanied by nuances of coffee and tobacco.
