The Fumin by Ottin is an intense wine, with pleasant fruity scents, coherent and well-designed, soft and caressing. A wine whose tannins calibrated makes it balanced and powerful. Manufactured by Elio Ottin, a farmer truly modern style, Fumin perfectly represents what is the style of the vigneron for red wines: elegant and balanced, rich and soft on the palate. Elio Ottin well as wine is also involved in breeding apples and twenty heads of cattle in Aosta Valley, all jobs that have excited and making clear how this brave farmer love his land. Agricultural technician training, has worked for years in the Region, working alongside the company first became interested in the late nineties only to agriculture. Only since 2007 he produces the grapes for himself, but immediately knew to carve out a leading role in the panorama of the Val d'Aosta wines.
