Friulano Schiopetto 2020

The Friulano by Schiopetto is one of those wines that, becoming the model of precision, elegance and richness of expression, resulted in the production criteria in Friuli and continues to play the role of leader in the brilliant wine scene in the area. Friulano Schiopetto comes from Collio grapes, grown in the 22 hectares that surround the winery with virtuous practices and careful environmental impact. Tocai Friulano grapes are harvested by hand here, soft-pressed and then left to ferment in stainless steel vats.

The result is a wine that perfectly sums up the land picturesque and spectacular of the Collio. A Friulano that, as was rightly noted, "reminds the flowering of lime, ripe fruit and hay mowings in mountain meadows full of flowers and herbs".
