Champagne Rosé Extra Brut Francis Boulard

Champagne Rosé de Saignée Francis Boulard is a wine that breaks with the tradition of the rosè wines produced lately in the Champagne. In fact, to make this incredible Rosé Champagne, Francis uses the old method of maceration on the skins of red grapes with the juice, in this case Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes coming from vineyards of at least forty years in the Vallée de la Marne. The must remains in contact with the skins for a few hours, so that the natural pigments in the skins begin to color the juice and, at the same time, enrich the juice with their aromatic components. The result is a Champagne with incredible character, intense and fragrant, delicate, but full of personality. This Champagne is just one of many examples of how the love for their work and passion for the vine lead to great results. The Maison of Francis Boulard is newly created, but in reality Francis belongs to a family of wine growers for 6 generations. The experience as a vigneron does not lack for sure, and even the desire to create unique wines. Biodynamics and respect for traditions did the rest, leading to the birth of incredible wines, intense and fragrant.
