The Carat of Fulvio Bressan is not simply a blend of grapes from Friuli, but a meeting of different souls in a glass of wine. Bressan, for those who still do not know, is a manufacturer enlightened, who works with a visceral respect of nature and of his time. Biological conviction and not for convenience (much to refuse certification, as too permissive), Bressan conveys his personality and his passion for their bottles, away from any possible banality, convey emotions and persuade. For this reason, the Carat is not just a blend, but a symphony of vines in Friuli, where Friulano, Ribolla and Malvasia are combined to give us a an intriguing range of flavors and fragrances. The wines of Bressan represent a unique experience to try. This Carat, just released in the year 2006, is made from grapes slightly macerated and will convey the feeling of a wine unusual, compelling, entrancing.
