Barolo 'Albe' Vajra 2018

The Barolo "Albe" by Vajra stems from a romantic vision of Milena Vajra, a view that sees the caress of the sun rises in the morning three times in the vineyards of Barolo this; a wine cellar with which the Vajra wants to "convey the exceptional simplicity of nature that makes possible the daily miracle of life that awakens". The Barolo "Albe" borns according to these processes, a harvest carried out in the second half of October and a long fermentation, which depending on the year may reach even to last 40 days.
