So writes Gerardo Giuratrabocchetti, a producer so closely linked to traditions and to his land that he enclosed both of them in this wine, as if it was, in fact, a "repertoire" (Repertorio), giving to it amazing quality and elegance. the Repertorio is the emblematic symbol of this passion that grows on the volcanic soils of Basilicata through the expressive power of Aglianico del Vulture: vineyards with more than one hundred years, a microclimate with perfect conditions for ripening grapes and a predilection for organic and biodynamic farming techniques are a prerequisite for this product, characterized by an intense aroma and a very balanced taste. Very spectacular is the aging process, carried out for 12 months in French oak barrels (second and third pass), set within volcanic tuff pits that can naturally provide optimal conditions of temperature, humidity and ventilation.
