Sven Enderle and Florian Moll, friends and owners of this artisanal winery, follow the principles of biodynamic agriculture. Harvesting is carried out by hand and the grapes are then transferred to the cellar where spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place, combined with \u003cstrong\u003e5 days of maceration on the skins\u003c\/strong\u003e. The subsequent ageing phase takes place in wooden barrels of several passages for approximately 10 months and during the entire process the mass undergoes no clarification or filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eThe colour of Enderle and Moll's Spatburgunder Rosé is a beautiful, intense rosé with brilliant highlights. The nose offers dense, full suggestions of raspberries, red flowers and mint that meet with pleasant herbaceous hints.
