As a young wine, it tickles the nose with fragrant floral aromas of white flowers and fruity hints of apple, plum and citrus framed in a mineral whiff. As time progresses, it is enriched with iodine hints, tertiary notes, spices and candied fruit. The palate is fresh, direct and fine, accompanied by a pleasant savoury note. Only evolution will bring out more mineral and balsamic sensations, highlighting a good structure and full, pleasant body. A malleable wine, but with great passion.
