The grapes are crushed, destemmed and sent to spontaneous fermentation, for the duration of 10-15 days in steel vats with only indigenous yeasts. Aging is carried out \u003cstrong\u003ein barriques for a period of 15 months\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eArshura shows a deep ruby red color to the eye. Lots of ripe fruit, graphite, energetic thickness, carob, spices and vegetal notes emerge on the nose. It should be rightly well aerated.
