The grapes, selected from a micro plot of 0.30 hectares, are cultivated following the \u003cstrong\u003edictates of biodynamics\u003c\/strong\u003e, so the only substances allowed in the vineyard are very small amounts of copper and sulfur, as well as natural preparations. In the cellar, spontaneous alcoholic fermentations and aging in barriques, half of them new, lasting 20 months, are continued.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eThe Grand Cru Charmes Chambertin presents itself in the goblet with a bright ruby robe. The olfactory impact is stunning for its intensity and variety of references, ranging from raspberry, oriental spices, rosehips and incense to underbrush and balsamic lashings.
